Led Replacement Lamps I Have A Viewsonic PJ501 Projector, Can I Make A LED Replacement Lamp? Lamp: RLU-150-001?

I have a Viewsonic PJ501 projector, can I make a LED replacement lamp? Lamp: RLU-150-001? - led replacement lamps

I am the bombing of $ 250-350 for a replacement lamp with new tire every year or so. I know there are some really high-power LED's, and I wonder whether there's a way to trick the projector lamp, I have a good there, and if I could wire up to about 5-10 This LED lights, with some of the projector. There is someone out there that this is possible? Every person has the knowledge of how to do it, or at least point me in the right direction. Thank you for any help!

Possible ... maybe. We recommend ... no.

If you are really good with electronics and mechanics is possible that something is running, but even if they lick the physical and electrical problems, I think they will bother to focus the light well. In addition, the light "temperature" is quite different than the original bulb, and probably beyond the reach of correction of the projector ... reflects the poor color accuracy.

If it's so easy projector manufacturer power would have introduced LED projectors.
